Choose to join either Monday Mar 2nd at 1pm (4 Weeks) or Thursday Mar 5th at 6pm (4 weeks) Reformer Pilates Beginners Course. If you’ve ever wanted to try Reformer Pilates but weren’t sure where to start, this course is perfect for you. Our Beginners Reformer course introduces you to the equipment, helps you understand the spring settings, and teaches the fundamental Reformer movements. Throughout the course, you’ll develop safe and effective movement patterns while building the confidence and knowledge needed to progress to other Reformer classes across the studio timetable. All sessions take place in a supportive, inclusive environment, ensuring you feel comfortable every step of the way.
